Cornish Coastal Collective
We are delighted to welcome this community of artisan makers and artists to the Nursery. From jewellery, fine art and earthenware pottery to willow making, paper cut art and textiles. Each artist will be demonstrating and selling their unique work, so come and say hello.
The Artists and Makers:

My name is Helen Terry and I paint almost anything with Acrylic Paints. I live In Lostwithiel and was originally trained by International Mural Artist and Author Janet Shearer. She taught me to Look, Look and Look again and I think this is reflected in my work today. I love the challenge of a new subject so my work is very varied. I also have a range of cards for every occasion.

Annie’s Accessories:
I’ve always enjoyed creating a range of items using fabrics. I love sourcing beautifully coloured fabrics of different textures and interesting designs. The challenge is always to create a piece combining a mixture of textures, designs and colours. I particularly love the texture of velvet and I have been able to source some fabulous fabrics. I make cushions and bags and get great satisfaction from doing this. I have a handsome collie dog called Jeff who is just a big furry baby and because of him I also make dog blankets and neckerchiefs. I have enjoyed sewing since I was a teenager and certainly through the winter months it is a welcome diversion on a rainy day.

Hi, I’m Jude from ‘Simply Botanical’. After many years of hand pouring natural wax candles and other home fragrances, I am now turning my hand to something more creative. I am using the techniques of Cyanotype and Botanical Bas Relief, to create art inspired by nature. It’s very addictive and much more fun than candle making!

Cornish Paper Cut Art by Debs Martin
Inspired by living by the sea, the ever changing landscape, sea and stunning archictecture, Debs Martin creates original, vibrant and colourful 'paper cut art' created by hand cutting with a scalpel from one piece of paper. Repurposing vintage sea charts and maps of local areas by hand cutting the rolling hills, landmarks and sea vessels adding colour to create a unique piece of paper cut art.

Hi, I am Nicola and I make sea glass and silver jewellery. I work from a little studio on the banks of the River Tamar, and my inspiration comes from living so close to the stunning Cornish Coast where I collect sea glass and shells on the Rame Peninsular.
I am often asked about the name Tegenarvor. The name I eventually chose for our business was a blending of two Cornish words, Tegen meaning jewel or pretty and Arvor meaning coast. The name symbolises the love that I have for our gorgeous county and the passion for creating beautiful pieces of jewellery.

Jane Marks Potter Lostwithiel
I have been making coloured earthenware pottery for many years, some pieces are thrown on the wheel and others are hand build . Items I make include cartoon type cats, bowls, vases, mugs and much more.

My name is Pamela Austin-Roberts and I run Cofflete Flowers & Willow. I am a florist and willow artist. I started to weave willow in 2019 and I now create a variety of items for the garden including willow animals, baskets and seasonal wreaths. I sell my willow at craft events and exhibitions throughout Cornwall.

My name is Sharon and I fell in love way back in 2015 with making fused glass with Dichroic glass as it shines and shimmers, being a Magpie I was hooked! Coupled with the fact I love beach combing as it’s my happy place, the beautiful Glass became birds and along with the beach finds and words to make you smile , my pictures were born!
I also make pendants from my glass and Cornish Pebbles.
