What does the workshop cover?
Our new yarn and create afternoons are a lovely way to come along and spend the afternoon learning from an experienced maker, all about their journey into craft. We are delighted to have the talented Steph from Perran Yarns joining us for this event at The Duchy Nursery. Steph is the indie dyer with over 20 years experience of Perran Yarns – an extensive range of luxurious next to skin soft yarns from laceweight to chunky. Her beautiful variegated and tonal colourways are inspired by life in and around her home, near Perranporth in Cornwall.
Steph will be joining us to speak to the group for an hour about her yarn dyeing and crafting journey, colourways, yarn choices and kits. There will be time to ask questions and each person will receive a gift of a double knit merino skein which has been dyed by Steph (which retails at £22). Steph will have kits and yarn available which you can purchase on the day as well.
Following Steph’s talk we will enjoy a lovely cream tea before spending the last part of the afternoon chatting and showing our own projects we are working on. Please therefore bring your knitting or crochet project with you, so that we can discuss and you can continue to create.
What’s included?
A gift of a skein of double knit merino yarn and your cream tea. Please bring with you, your current crochet or knitting project to work and share.

Someone who crochets or knits, so that they can bring their own project with them.

Hayley from LilyBoo will be there to lead the afternoon.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel the workshop a full refund will be issued if 28 days prior to the workshop. If cancelled with less than 28 days until the workshop unfortunately no refund will be issued If for any reason, we have to cancel the workshop a full refund will be issued, or you can transfer onto the next available workshop.
