Halesia carolina
Snowdrop Tree. Deciduous large shrub or small tree. White nodding bell-shaped flowers like snowdrops hang from the branches in May, followed by small green pear shaped fruits. Moist well drained acid soil only in sun or semi-shade. Height 3m.
