Often considered the home cook’s boon, this masterclass is aimed at those wishing to demystify the art of fish preparation and gentle fish cookery.

Our Head of Food will be sourcing the very best of Cornish shores and beyond to provide you with the necessary tips, tricks and skills for a confidence building experience that will directly relate to your next fish dinner. From the fine angled skinning of a salmon fillet to the magic of curing and the multiple uses for mackerel, our Fish Fundamentals class will also take you to final flourish presentations to wow your friends and family.

The day runs 9:45-15:00 and includes a rustically elegant two course fish lunch, paired with a glass of organic wine. £130pp
