Taste of the West Country

Following on the success of winning a Gold Taste of the West Award this year, our chef Richard du Pille is now featured in a wonderful new recipe book, Taste of the West Country. 

This beautifully-produced book contains a rich variety of recipes from all over the region. Richard’s recipe pairs delicious local scallops with the finest Hog’s Pudding from local butcher, Kittows.
