At Duchy of Cornwall Nursery we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely delighted with your order this is the action you can take.
Damaged Items
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand at the nursery. Should your order be damaged
in transit, please notify us by emailing sales@duchyofcornwallnursery.co.uk or telephone 01208 872668 as soon as possible and within 7 working days. We will agree a course of action with you which may require our courier to uplift the parcel, we will make these arrangements and notify you accordingly.
