Apple 'Red Devil'
Dessert. Juicy, pink stained, crisp fruity strawberry flavour apple; good for a red fleshed apple but only average against many others. Fruit medium, scarlet flushed. Pick September. Use October-December but best if ate when picked. Heavy cropper and at least partially self-fertile.

Flowering group 3. Resistant to Scab. Parentage: Discovery x Kent; introduced 1975. (Plant Passport No UKEW 6556)

Bush tree; M26 Semi Dwarf rootstock. (i.e. branching at about 75cm, growing 2-3m tall. Requires support on most sites)
