Tall, spreading evergreen shrub. Flowers anemone form with 12-30 petals and 4-7 petaloids, rose-pink with deeper margins. Mid-late season. Height 3m+
Pot size: 2 litre. Height now: 40-50cm Soil: Acidic, moisture retentive. Position: Ideally part shade, full sun if soil conditions are good. Reasonable tolerance of coastal conditions. Growth rate: 20-30cm a year. Flowering period: 4-6 weeks in spring. Hardiness: Fully hardy though flowers will be damaged by frost.
