Collected near the Gosainunda Lake in Nepal at over 4000 metres. Handsome clump forming plant. The bluest culms in the group. Some arching on older canes. Best in moist fertile soil, dappled shade and shelter from cold winds. Height 4m. Hardy to -15.C
