Our Packing Process

• We know you will be concerned that the plants you order from us will arrive in good condition.
• We take every precaution to ensure that you are delighted when you receive your order.
• At certain times of the season some items are too delicate to send, such as bamboo with new long growth, we will advise you if this is the case.
• We have many years of experience in creating and constructing exactly the right protection and packaging for your order’s journey.
• We don’t use standard boxes, almost all orders have a bespoke protection.
• Orders are dispatched by overnight courier so they reach you next day which limits the amount of time the plants are in transit.
• Occurrences of damage and breakages are very rare.
