Order received yesterday with thanks. What a brilliant service, I only ordered them on Sunday and they turned up on Wednesday. The plants were of the highest quality. I wish that I lived nearer to the nursery, but in a way I'm glad I don't because I would always be in there spending money.

I just want to say a huge thank you and you team for the professional service I received from you last week. My order was quite late but you managed to get the birthday present out in time, even calling me as I had managed to give you the incorrect address. The Acer arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and with a lovely touch of Happy Birthday stickers on the packaging. Apparently the Acer is stunning and the recipient is thrilled!

I have been disappointed in the past when ordering flowers/plants- poor packaging,quality etc, so thank you once again and I will certainly be using and recommending your services!

My tree arrived yesterday! I just want to say thank you so much to everybody at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery for their efforts in getting this tree to me - it was well worth the wait.
Now it is up to me and my husband to make sure it is well watered and nurtured over the next few months, particularly in view of the current very hot dry weather. Our water butt has been empty for over a month now, so I hope it doesn't mind tap water.
