Orders
The receipt of an order from our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Orders are accepted based on the details you supply for quantities, size and acceptance of suitable method of payment
The description of the goods and the image on the web site aim to show a clear representation of the goods, however as you will appreciate, plants do vary and so images and descriptions should only be used as a guide.
Deliveries
We are able to deliver to most UK addresses including the islands and highlands, although these addresses will attract a surcharge. Please see our delivery costs for further information. Normally our orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, although at busy times of the year ( Spring ) it is possible to experience a delay, we will advise you if this is the case. We reserve the right to delay dispatch of goods if weather conditions are severe or inclement. Delays may occur when our delivery service is disrupted due to third party industrial action.
Payment and Prices
We will debit your credit card for payment if the goods are available for supply. If the goods are not immediately available we will not debit your account until we are ready to dispatch your order. We reserve the right to review the price of any item and if an item you have ordered is subject to an increase we will notify you prior to dispatch.

If your plants fail and this is due to climate, soil conditions, incorrect planting or handling, lack of care or other reasons entirely beyond our control we are unable to accept any responsibility. In the event of you making a claim we will require evidence to substantiate the claim.
